To A Friend

Dear friend, I pray you well!
Into the inner silence
I carry your name, your need
In that secret inner place
I see you. vibrant and alive,
Radiant in the glowing light.
I feel the warmth of love
That is a cloak of protection
Wrapping you about with safety
Wherever you may be.
There, in that center of stillness,
I speak your name and I hear
The echoes of assurance.
Dear friend, I pray you well!
